Editable Forms

Parcel File — View — Editable Forms — (choose form)

Editable Forms allows user to fill out OTC forms and renditions, sign electronically and be printed or attached to the account as a document through a PDFViewer.

In the case of renditions, there is a check box option in Report Manager Reports to allow a signature on reports. If set, then when printed to the screen you will get the new pdf viewer.

These forms must be updated by the Assessor’s Office in November or December, when the new forms are made available.
