Recalc With Table Number

There is a menu option in the Assessment File that will do the same thing as the recalculation option, however, it will renumber the documents and images tables.

This would be used if a mass update is done to delete a series of document or image records. This process takes longer than the recalculation option.

RUN an Index in the Assessment file on the records to recalculate/renumber.

CHOOSE Assessment File — Tools — Recalc with Table Number

If the file isn’t in an index, user will get the following request.

There will be no confirmation message when the process is complete.
