Appraisal Summary Tab: The appraisal summary tab shows all appraisal records associated with the parcel.
To view the Appraisal Record:
RIGHT-CLICK on the file to view
SELECT Appraisal File
- Last COV: Date the last Change of Value Notice was sent.
- Filling Date: The date personal property was filed. This value is automatically read from the appraisal file.
- Review Code: Any review code that is associated with the account.
- Appr Group: The appraisal group the account is in.
- Date of Last Reval: Date of the last time the values were read from the appraisal side to the assessment side.
- Re-val Freeze year: If the User wants a certain value on an account, the value can be added here. If the box is checked, the current year value will be the freeze value.
- Freeze Current Year: Check to freeze the current year. (This automatically clears when process pending accounts is done at end of year.)
- ApprID: Appraisal ID
- Entrance Date: Last Entrance Date
- Entrance Code: Type of last entrance.
- Date Created: This is the date the parcel was created in LandMark.
- Last Update: The date of last update.
- Deeded Acres: Number of acres listed on the deed
- Calculated Acres: The calculated number of acres off the map, accounting for the curvature of the earth.
- Value Components Table: This table shows the Previous Values on the assessment side, the Current Values on the assessment side, and the Current Appraised values, Fair Cash value, as well as the percent change between the current assessment fair cash value and the appraisal value.
Note: The cap calculation is calculated off of the Previous Values column. Capped amounts are added to the appraisal summary. The current value represents what the capped value is currently (may not be currently capped). The Appraisal capped amount represents what the capped value would be if the appraisal value would be read in. The fair cash change column is the different between the current cap value and the appraisal capped value.
