Exit Tool: One of the three ways to exit.

1. ‘Click’ The Exit Tool allows the user to exit from the current module and return to the main menu.

2. ‘Press’ ESC key.

3. CLICK X in the upper right corner of the module will also return the user to the main menu.

New Record Tool: This tool allows the user to create a new record. (To exit ‘Click’ on ‘X’ in upper right corner.)

Edit Record Tool: The Edit Record Tool changes the current module to edit/update mode. (To exit ‘Click’ on ‘X’ in upper right corner.)

Browse Tool: This tool opens data in a tabular format for the user to search or view data. ‘Click’ in box (Owner, Situs, Account, Parcel ID, Tax Area, etc. and TYPE to personalize search.) Double-click to select the record.
In the Parcel File: Inactive row will be red. Pending Active row will be orange.
In the Appraisal File: Inactive row will be red.

Delete Tool: This tool is used to delete parcels or records that have already been labeled inactive. Until a purge is done, deleted records will still appear in a file.

Refresh Record Tool: This tool updates any immediate calculations on the current record for any changes made to any support supporting tables. Refresh updates both programs, GIS (the map) and LandMark.

Map Tool: The Map Tool will open MapAnalyzer.

Photo Tool: This tool displays any photographs taken of the parcel, sketch image, site plan image, and any aerial photographs of the parcel stored in LandMark for this record.

Previous Record Tool: This tool allows the user to move from the current record to the previous record. The record will differ depending on the current Key Order. The keyboard shortcut for this tool is F5.*

Next Record Tool: The Next Record Tool allows the user to move from the current record to the next record. The record order will differ depending on the current Key Order. The keyboard shortcut for this tool is F6.

Page-Up Tool: This tool allows for the user to go from the current tab to the previous tab of the same record. The keyboard shortcut for this tool is the Page Up key.

Page-Down Tool: This tool allows the user to go from the current tab to the next tab of the same record. The keyboard shortcut is the Page Down key.

First Record Tool: In Command/View Mode the First Record Tool takes the user to the very first record in the current Data-File. The keyboard shortcut for this tool is pressing CNTRL-HOME key. In the Enter/Update Mode the First Record Tool takes the user to the pervious field in the current view.

Last Record Tool: In Command/View Mode the Last Record Tool takes the user to the very last record in the current Data-File. The keyboard shortcut for this tool is pressing CNTRL-END key. In the Enter/Update Mode the Last Record Tool takes the user to the previous field in the current view.

Sketch Tool: This tool is used to edit the sketch for buildings in the record.

Previous Account Tool: This tool makes the previous account accessed the current account regardless of the order.

Next Account Tool: If the user has used the Previous Account Tool to navigate, this tool allows the user to move forward in the account history list.

Apply: This tool applies TaxRoll Corrections and 936’s.

KellPro Deed Viewer: This tool open the KellPro Deed Viewer, if county has a subscription with them.

User Task List: This tool opens the current users Task List and displays all active tasks assigned to the user.

System Information Tool: This tool displays information about the current system configuration and also allows the user to view the list of accounts visited since the last time the user logged on to LandMark.

Data Entry Error Tool: This tool finds data entry errors.

Help Tool: When clicked, this tool takes the user to the online help file attached with the current module.

Summarization Tool: This tool shows a summary of the value of all of the appraisal records.

RollBack Tool: This tool rolls back previously applied TaxRoll Corrections.
