Appeal Goes to District Court

If an Appeal goes to District Court, there are a few things that need to happen in the BOE Tracking module to make the Excise Report totals correct.

• CHECK the Excise Report box.
• ENTER value the BOE recommends in the Recommended. This subtracts requested from recommended and taxes based on that amount will be put in escrow and adjusts the excise report totals accordingly.
