Review Sheet Parameters

To review/change the report parameters for the review sheet go to:
Main Menu — System — Report Manager
FIND Report by ID, Name or Number

The Report Options Tab will open.

GO to Parameters Tab

CLICK Edit Button to change parameters
EXIT and Save

On the review sheet there is the option to include building permits and open tasks for an account. These will print above the user comments section. By default (if no parameter is included these will not print)
There is the option for the additional photos to not print. By default, these will print.

Parameters

FILTER—Alpha will put review sheet in alphabetical order

COUNTY NUMBER—County number will be included

PRINTGRID—False will not print the grid on the sketch. True will print grid for easier sketching.

NOTESTOPRINT—This will print all notes on review sheet. Default is five.

PRINTADDTIONALPHOTOS—True will print all photos. False will print only the primary photo.

INCLUDEBUILDINGPERMITS—False will not print building permits, true will.

INCLUDETASKS—False will not print tasks, true will.

INCMODIFIERS—This will print building modifiers on commercial buildings only.

RSFILTER—If RSFILTER is present under parameter name AND the Inc XRef Acct on Review Sheet box is checked (County Information Table — Assessor Tab), will allow review sheets on cross reference accounts to be printed. (i.e Land record being printed which is then cross referenced to one or more mobile home accounts) Both situations will print IF configured as above to print these.

INCLINKEDVALUESONPAGEONE This affects fractional owner accounts only. There is a parameter where the entire appraised value will print on the first page instead of the value still attributed to the card to the primary owner.

Default is False, this will not print entire appraised value. True will print the entire appraise value as seen below.

PRINTAPPRDATE will allow the appr date to not print. By default this is set to TRUE. False will allow to print.

INCLUDETASKS will allow to print tasks. To be relevant set to TRUE, by default, this is set to FALSE.

TASKSTOPRINT if printing tasks will allow up to 500 characters.

HIGHLIGHTTASKS will determine if the tasks are highlighted in red on the review sheet. By default, this is set to false. True will highlight the tasks.

FIRSTPAGEONLY will only print the first page of the card. If three commercial buildings on one card will get a page for each building (3). If there is a commercial (with one building) and residential card will get two pages.  Much less data presented with this. By default, this is set to FALSE.
