Copying a Tax Area

Users may choose to copy a tax area. This will copy the area and district information. This could be used for creating a new TIF District. Once created user will be taken to the new area where it can be edited.

Tax Area Table — Tools — Copy Tax Area

A window will open asking for New Tax Area Code
ENTER New Tax Area Code
CLICK OK

If the code is already taken, this box will open.

If code is not taken, this box will open.

When new (copied) Tax Area opens, CHANGE info to fit new area.
