Exporting Corrections

Exporting Tax Roll Corrections to Tom Marten.

Main Menu — Assessment — Linked Tables — Taxroll Corrections

Taxroll Corrections File will open.

To export all corrections that have been applied but not priorly exported.

File — Export — Correction Data

ALL corrections prior to Oct 2nd will be flagged as exported. Some coordination with the treasurer will be required with this.

The file will be located at t:\Transfer\LMExports\Corrections. The CN in the file will be your county number. This is the file that should be sent. Each time the process is run a copy with a date stamped file name will be created.
