Ownership Listing

User can build/print an Ownership Listing for any Index.

Assessment File — Order — Index

This example is for Section — Township — Range.
From the User Defined Indexes, SELECT Create
CREATE a Temporary Index
Parcel Status: >0
ENTER Section- Township- Range

RUN

The index will match all records to the search and then the pop-up box below will appear.
CLICK Exit
GO TO File — Print — Assessment Reports — Ownership List

ENTER the Print Options
CONTINUE
CHANGE the Order to ESCAPE the Index
