GO to Options — Editor Preferences (Make sure the Vertex Options are set to use COGO and Sections are defined as the Section Layer.)

GO to Tools — Locate Twn/Rng

ENTER Section — Township — Range
CLICK Locate

ADD Selection

An Account list will appear in right column.

PRINT List
or
EXPORT to Excel at Bottom of right column.
