This status can be changed by going to Edit – Edit Account Status on the Menu Bar
Account Status Definitions:
Number | Account Status | Description |
---|---|---|
-2 | Pending Active | Account is currently inactive. In the appraisal files (including personal) there is an option for pending inactive appraisal records. This is for an appraisal record that should be inactive when process pending is done. These will be included in the reading appraisal record and will change to an inactive record when process pending is run. Pending Active accounts may be combined. Pending Active accounts may NOT be deleted unless user changes the status to Inactive. |
0 | Inactive Account | This account is not active and will not appear on the TaxRoll, but will remain in the system. Inactive accounts may be deleted for removal from the system. |
1 | Active Account | This account is active and will appear on the TaxRoll. |
2 | Pending Inactive | This account is an active account for the current TaxRoll, but it will become inactive when the process pending accounts utility is ran. |
Deleted | Deleted Accounts | Accounts in the Parcel File can only be deleted once the account has a status of Inactive. To Delete an Inactive Account, CLICK on the red X on the ToolBar. NOTE: When trying to delete a residential or commercial record that has a linked assessment, user will receive a message where the linked assessment needs to be reviewed/deleted prior to deleting the record. If the record is deleted this will be indicated in the account message. The deleted appraisal records will not show in the appraisal summary grid on the assessment screen but are still in the database and may be navigated by going to next or previous records and even when Find-xxx is selected. If user purges the file, the accounts will totally delete. |
