Add HS Reimbursement

Helpful Hint: When printing the 916 (Homestead Reimbursement) user may want to print from the Abstract dataset to reflect what the exemptions were at the time of the Abstract.

To Print OTC Form 916, Claim for Reimbursement for Additional Homestead Exemption

From the Assessment File — File — Print — OTC Reports — Add HS Reimbursement

To exclude any fund rates in the 916 Report:
GO to the Tax District Table
CHECK the Ex 916 box(es) for the fund(s) to exclude
RECLACULATE the file (Tools — Recalculate)
FINISH Print set up
