Inviting team members

How do I invite new team members to access other projects?

Within this thread we will show you how to send an email invitation to new team members so they can access your companies dealer portal.

Email Invitations

1. Login to the dealer portal
2. Select a project from the left pane
3. Within project actions, select the option to Invite Team Members

In order to invite a new team member, the new team member will need a Kramer AV account. Have them register for an account by going to www.kramerav.com and choosing the option to login atop the webpage.

Remaining Steps

1. Enter the email address of the new team member
2. Choose role for new team member from dropdown
3. Choose the option to invite

An invitation email will be sent to the new team member. Upon accepting the invitation, they will be able to login and begin working on the project.
