Gross Sales
We have enhanced sales reports to include a Venue Gross Sales calculation. Gross Sales are calculated differently from Silver Back Office to account for differences in venue’s reporting. Merchants can uses these reports to determine Gross Sales without taking Discounts into account (Gross Sales = Net Sales + Taxes – Refunds).
This feature is available on the following reports:
- Daily Summary
- Product Mix
- Item Sales by Employee
- Modifier Report
Requires Advanced Reporting subscription. Available soon with Silver Venue POS integrations.
Executive View
We have enhanced the Executive View Reporting platform so that users with multiple sites within their network can view Individual Product Categories on their Custom Reports. Merchants will be able to to view revenue for each product category across all locations.
Requires Advanced Reporting subscription and multi-site account.
Fixes:
- Executive View Summary Report – Multiple days without sales included in AVG # of check columns
- Take Inventory Issue (select site)
