EXECUTIVE VIEW DISCOUNT REPORT PREFACE

The Executive View Discount Report allows a user with multiple sites to see aggregated discount data for all sites within their network. This includes the ability to view store breakdown by discount. In this module, you will learn about:

HOW TO NAVIGATE TO THE EXECUTIVE VIEW DISCOUNT REPORT

  1. Mouse over to the Reports tab
  2. Click Sales Reports
  3. Click Executive View
  4. You can also click Reports > Sales Reports > Executive View
  5. Click Executive View Discount Report

EXECUTIVE VIEW DISCOUNT REPORT FEATURES

The Executive View Discount Report defaults to the current day going back 7 days. This report allows you to view discounts for any given period of time. Click Stores to the right of any discount to drill down to see how stores compare to one another.

  1. Enter the desired date range
  2. Click Update
  3. Click Change to the right of Stores Included: to filter your results
  4. Click a Stores to the right of any discount to view of store by store comparison of that Discount

HOW TO EXPORT EXECUTIVE VIEW DISCOUNT REPORTS

Any Executive View Discount report can be exported. To export a report:

  1. Click More Options at the top right of the page
  2. Click Export
  3. An excel file will appear at the bottom left corner of the page
  4. Save the file to your computer for future reference
