Fractional Guest Counts
With the latest release, Console now supports fractional guest counts for Silver Pro Restaurant. Fractional guest counts can occur when you count guests by item AND when guest split a check. For example, if a hamburger counts for one item, but the check is split, the guest count per check is ’0.5.’ When you aggregate the two checks, you’ll get a guest count of ‘1.’ Previously, Console reported the split items as ‘1’ each and when the checks were aggregated, the guest count would be ‘2.’
Requires Advanced Reporting subscription.
