Employee Note Acknowledgements
Do you ever add a note to the Work Schedule but wonder if your employees have even seen it? In this release, Console added the ability to see which employees have seen and acknowledged the notes you added to the schedule. Go to the Work Schedule for that week and select View/Edit Note. In the the
Note popup, you’ll see a link to View Employee Note Acknowledgements. Click on the link and see who has read the note.
We’ve also added an enhancement to the notes in the employee portal. In the top left portion of the schedule, employees will see a note icon they can click to re-read a note after they’ve acknowledged it.
Available with Silver POS integrations.
Daily Sales Target
The latest version of Console allows you to create a Daily Sales Target. Previously, you could create sales targets for a week, month, period, and year.
Requires Advanced Scheduling subscription. Available with all POS integrations.
Copy functionality
A much requested feature for multi-site users is now here! Starting with the latest version of Console, you can create an item in one store, then copy it to another store in your network. (Go to Manage Inventory and select More Options. You can now create an item in one store and then copy that item to another store).
Requires Inventory subscription. Available with Silver POS integrations.
Time Card Export now Under Reports
Previously, the Time Card Export resided under the Store tab. We’ve now moved that export function to the Reports tab (under Labor). Don’t worry, if you’re still accustomed to going to the Store tab, for the time being, you’ll still see Export Time Card where it’s always been.
