Enhancements to Work Schedule
We continue to enhance the Work Schedule. New features have been added to the Daily Total section of the report at the bottom. Enhancements include:
- Days of the week and weather information added to the Daily Total
- Estimated labor percentage for each day
- Forecasted sales for each day
- Requires Advanced Reporting Subscription. Available with all POS integrations.
- Suppress Shift End Times for Positions
For some positions, you may need to schedule someone for an entire shift even though you may not need them for the entire shift. In the latest release of Console, you can enable a setting, Suppress Shift End, for a position. When you do so, reports and notifications to the employee as well as the printed worked schedule will only contain their start time with no end time. As manager, you will still be able to see the end time on the Work Schedule in Console.

New! No Sale Report
Need to know when your employees are accessing the cash drawer outside of a transaction? Now you can gain insight into this kind of activity through the new No Sale report. You can view details such as employee name, no sale quantity, and time stamp.
The No Sale report is available in the Other Reports area of Console. You can also click through to the No Sale report from the Red Flag report. Note, data is available for No Sales that occur on or after March 1, 2017.
