If the user runs a Split and realizes that the parent did not have any Ag Land.

INPUT any small value in the child value and TYPE in the acres.

This will allow the split to process and create an appraisal record for the child.

The user can then:
MAP the LandUse on the map
RUN an Ag Land Summary
UPDATE both the child and parent if needed

Once update is done, go back into LandMark
SELECT Appraisal — Read Appraisal Values

The Landmark Property Revaluation module will appear
CHECK the box Include Land/Lease.

The user will be able to see the difference between the current assessment side and what the appraisal side contains.
