PARCEL FILE

To access the Parcel File, go to Assessment – Parcel File from the Main Menu

The Parcel File is the main assessment record for real and personal parcels in LandMark GSI. All locally assessed properties that will utilize the Appraisal sub system must have a record first created in the Parcel File.
