Agres Sistemas Eletrônicos S / A guarantees that Agres brand products are covered against manufacturing defects during the following periods.

Warranty periods

  • Finished products – 1 year for equipment
  • Parts – 90 days
  • Services – 90 days

Product warranty terms

  1. Invoice – The guarantee will be applied upon presentation of the purchase invoice. The invoice must follow some premises.
    1. Invoice issued directly by Agres must be less than 365 days from issuance.
    2. Invoice issued by the distributor must be less than 365 days from issuance. For the note to be accepted, the equipment’s serial number must be included in the note body, normally described in the observations field.
    3. Invoice issued by the reseller must be less than 365 days from the issue. For the note to be accepted, the equipment’s serial number must be included in the note body, normally described in the observations field.
  2. Maintenance submission form
    1. The form must be duly completed and accompany the equipment sent.

Parts and Service Warranty Terms

  1. Invoice – The guarantee will be applied upon presentation of the purchase invoice. The invoice must follow some premises.

Grades

  • The guarantee will be applied after the analysis of the responsible Agres sector, which will carry out the necessary tests for diagnosis.
  • For the analysis of the equipment to begin, the documentation must be correct, as indicated in the Product and Parts and Service Warranty Terms.
  • For parts warranty, counting will start from the Agres sales invoice.
    • For items that have a serial number, this data must appear on the sales invoice to the final customer.
    • For items that do not have a serial number, the warranty will start from the invoice issue to the end customer.
    • For services billed directly by Agres, these will have a 90-day warranty.

Repairs and maintenance must be carried out only by Agres.

In order to have an effective guarantee, it is necessary to comply with the following requirements.

  • The product must be delivered in packaging that maintains the integrity of the product and with all accessories (if applicable) in good condition.
  • Send a copy of the purchase invoice for the Agres product or the invoice issued by the partner company or end customer.
  • Copy of product sales invoice (distributors only)).
  • Attach a letter in writing (from the distributor or user) explaining in detail the equipment failures and / or anomalies, along with the purchase invoice.
  • Warranty policy in place, without exclusions or amendments.

  • If the requirements in accordance with the warranty policy described above are not met, Agres Sistemas Eletrônico SA reserves the right to apply or not the guarantee.
