8.2.10. Hitch Type

The Coupling Type parameter tells the system GeoNave the way in which the implement is mechanically connected to the tractor. Depending on the type of coupling selected, the system menus and the navigation screen assume different settings.

The following image shows the Hitch Type configuration screen.

Below are some considerations about the hitch type parameter.

• If the Hitch Type parameter is set to Fixed Hitch, the parameter of Implement Distance is displayed in the menu, as in the following image.

• If the Hitch Type parameter is set to Drawbar, 3 other parameters are presented in the menus referring to the dimensions of the implement in relation to the tractor.
