The terrain compensator is an accessory of the system GeoNave which considerably improves the accuracy of the GNSS signal. Your settings are made in the Settings menu> Advanced> Terrain Compensator, which is also accessible from the Settings during Navigation.
To configure the terrain compensator, the following steps must be followed.
- Configure the Position of Arrows
- Check the status of the Installation, that should show OK.
- Configure the Antenna Height
- Configure the Antenna Side Shift, in case of misalignment in relation to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.
- Calibrate the terrain compensator, as demonstrated in the topic Calibration.
- Check the correct functioning of the three angles.
