12.3. Password recovery

To retrieve your portal password IsoFarm , select the “I forgot my password” option on the login screen.

Fill in the email used to register to recover your password and wait for the password reset email confirmation screen to appear..

When you receive the email, click on the link at the end of the message to reset your password.

!If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within 5 minutes, check the inbox Spam for e-more than webmaster@isofarm.com.br.

In the password reset screen, fill in the fields with the new password and select the option “Send”.

!Your password must be between 4 and 10 characters.

The password reset confirmation screen will be displayed. You can access the login screen by selecting the option “OK”.
