Linking an action to more than one item

It is possible to link an action from one item to other items. This functionality is a link, that is, when changing the data of the original action, the system automatically changes the data of the linked action as well. For example: if the original action is completed, the linked action will also be completed.

To enable this functionality, access the Settings > Actions menu, and check the “Link to more than one item” and “Relationships” options:

Changes can only be made to the original action; the linked action is blocked.

There are two ways to make this link, they are:

1st – Link to another item:

Access the action you want to link > Access the Relationships tab > Search for the item where you want to link the action and confirm:

2nd – Link to another Action:

Access the action you want to link > Access the Top field > Search for the action you want to link and confirm:

When creating the link, the system “multiplies” the action, that is, it makes it appear in the action plan of all items, for monitoring purposes by those responsible for the items.

When trying to delete an action that has other actions linked to it, the system warns that there are linked actions and does not allow the deletion.
