Indicators Settings

Introduction:

The system offers various options to configure and tailor the system to better fit the company’s reality.

Procedures:

Access Settings > Indicators. All settings on this screen only affect the indicators.

General Tab

Automatic Code

Use automatic code: by checking this option, the system will automatically generate a code when inserting new indicators. If this option is not checked, you will need to define a code for the indicator, as it is a required field.

Registration

Allow items with the same name in the same area: by checking this option, the system allows indicators with the same name to be registered in the same area. Note: an indicator can have the same name, but never the same code.

Tolerance

This is where you define how many days after the due date the system will consider the indicator outdated. This field also determines how many days after that an outdated email will be sent to the indicator’s responsible person and their superior, meaning the area’s responsible person.

Functionalities

If checked, these will be rules for the indicator. You can see the definition of each item by hovering the mouse over it

Optional Content

These are fields/options that can be used in the indicator registration.

Chart

This is where you configure the layout of indicator charts. When a new indicator is registered, it receives this configuration, but it’s possible to configure a different/custom configuration for a specific indicator. To do this, go to Indicator > Settings Tab.
