Registration Approval of Actions
When registering an action, the employee designated as responsible for it can approve or reject the action registration.
To enable this feature, access the Settings > Actions menu and check the “Use action registration approval” option:
When enabling this feature, a checkbox called “Approve action registration” will appear on the action registration screen:
Note: when this checkbox is checked, some action fields are hidden, such as: date performed and task checklist.
When an action is created, the person responsible for it receives an email informing them that the action requires their approval and asking them to access the system and approve or reject the action. In order for this email to be sent, the “Approve actions” alert must be active.
Attention: while the action is pending approval, it will not appear in the item’s action plan, but it can be viewed through the Manage > Actions menu, filtering by the “Pending registration” status.
VALIDATION PROCESS
In order for the person responsible for the action to validate it, they must access the side menu My tasks > Approve action registration. This menu will list all the actions that they have to validate.

If the action is rejected or approved, an email will be sent to the creator of the action informing that the action was validated (approved/rejected). If the person responsible for the action rejects it, they must provide a justification. This justification will be sent to the action creator’s email. In order for the email to be sent, the “Action validation warning” alert must be active.
If the action is approved, it will appear again in the item’s action plan.
