To update the actions performed quickly and easily, use the Update Actions screen.

Attention: make sure to enable the columns “Start date performed”, “End date performed” and “Actual %.”.

The Update Actions screen displays all the actions that the logged-in user can view, just like on the Manage > Actions screen. The only difference is that, on the Update Actions screen, if the user has permission to update an action, that is, enter the date and percentage performed, the respective fields will be unlocked.

Note 1: currently, on the Update Actions screen, it is not possible to filter the actions by person responsible. However, the user can perform the filter on the Manage > Actions screen, and this filter will be reflected on the Update Actions screen.

Note 2: completed and canceled actions do not appear on this screen.
