User Profile Registration
Introduction:
The User Profile is a set of access permissions for the system’s functionalities. It allows you to grant or restrict access to information visible for each user role. A User Profile can be applied to multiple users, simplifying the user registration process.
Procedures:
1.To register a User Profile, access the menu Register > User Profiles:
2.Click on the + button > fill in the import code and the profile name, then save:
Deadline for editing actual values (days): defines the timeframe within which users with that profile are allowed to input actual values into the indicators for which they have permission.
Example:
Let’s assume the deadline is 5 days. In this case, the system provides 5 consecutive days for the user to input the actual value. This means the user has until the fifth day of the following month to input the value. For instance, they must input the value for February by March 5th. If they fail to do so, the period will be locked on March 6th, and the user will need to request unlocking from their manager.
Global administrator profile: has access to all system functionalities (including new ones created for enhancements). Additionally, users linked to this profile receive important system-related messages, such as the document detailing version updates.
3.Now, define the permissions this profile will have. Checking the checkbox grants permission to the user, while unchecking it removes the permission from the user:
Additional Information:
If an employee has more than one profile associated with them, the profile with the most permissions will take precedence.

This topic has demonstrated how to register a user profile.
