Creating an Action Plan
To enable the creation of action plans related to questions applied during the execution of a checklist-based audit, a direct link has been developed between questions and action plans.
To create an action plan linked to a question, access the side menu and go to Audit > Checklists. In the “Response Scale” tab, open a scale. Then, enable one of the options for applying the action plan:
• Optional: It will be possible to create action plans, but they will not be mandatory.
• Mandatory: The question will only be completed if there is one or more linked action plans.
• No Action Plan: There will be no option to create action plans.
Additionally, it is possible to indicate, based on the selected answer, whether or not there will be a need for action plans.
