After registering the necessary fields, on the Audit screen, users can create new audits. It is necessary to fill in the mandatory audit registration fields, which include name, checklist to be applied, and responsible parties.
Additional audit fields are not mandatory, offering flexibility to capture information as needed during the audit process.

Once the audit is registered, after saving the changes, two new tabs are generated, Audit and Action Plan.

In the Audit tab, the audit is executed through the checklist linked to it.
After applying the checklist, the auditor can record their Analysis and Final Opinion in the Auditor’s Conclusion section and attach the necessary evidence.

In the Risks section, the auditor also has the ability to create or link risks previously identified in Belt to their audit.

Example of checklist application:

In the Action Plan tab of the Audit, it is possible to create and manage the actions resulting from the audit by the auditor. The management of these actions can be done through Gantt or Kanban formats.

The audit statuses can be: draft, active, and completed.

The audit can be completed by the auditor by clicking the “Complete” button, thus, it is no longer possible to change the audit information. Only if the auditor, with this permission, activates the “Revert completion” button, it will be possible to make changes.

Here we present the main functionalities of the Audit add-on for the Belt module. We are constantly working to include new features and improvements, which will be available in the next versions of the system.

If the add-on is not available in your base, please contact us at sucesso.cliente@actiosoftware.com.
