To improve audit management, we have developed the Audit Plan. This feature consolidates all audits in a single location, ensuring comprehensive and detailed planning. In addition, it facilitates the monitoring of progress and the clear definition of the scope of the audit plan, providing more efficient and organized management. – add introduction-
The Audit Plan, like the audit, has the functionality of using an automatic code. It is possible to define the prefix and the number of digits of the code, as well as the option to change the automatically generated code, if necessary.
To enable the automatic code of the Audit Plan, on the Audit screen, click on the gear in the upper right corner of the screen, 
, and then on Automatic code.
In the Registration Fields section, it is possible to register custom fields that will be used in the audit plans. The available field types include: text, multiline, number, decimals, and list of options.
To register an Audit Plan, on the Audit screen, click on the arrow of the +Audit button and select the +Audit Plan option.
In the registration modal, fill in the required fields, such as: Name, Area, and Responsibles.
In the Audit section of the modal, search for the audits that will be part of the registered plan.
