The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Law No. 13,709/2018, is the Brazilian legislation that regulates personal data processing activities and also amends Articles 7 and 16 of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet.

During the registration process of a new employee, certain fields containing personal information – such as photo, mobile phone, telephone, and extension number – are blocked. These fields are only unlocked after the employee accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy, as established by LGPD (General Data Protection Law). If the employee chooses to decline the terms, these fields will remain blocked.

Note: If the user declines the terms after having previously accepted them, the information in these fields will be erased and the fields will become blocked again.
