Action Plan
Introduction:
Every company needs a plan to achieve goals in its projects and achieve the best results. And the action plan serves precisely to help with it.
An action plan is a way of planning which actions need to be taken to achieve a goal. It is a methodological planning in which the company’s goals, the necessary steps, responsible for every detail and project monitoring are defined.
Procedures:
An action plan must be linked to an item (indicator, strategic objective, project, meeting).
Attention! Before creating an action plan, it is necessary to have previously registered some information such as: item and employees.
There are three ways to register an action plan:
1st: accessing the action plan of the item where you want to register the actions. To do this, go to the respective menu, eg: Manage> Projects> Locate the item> Click on its 3 dots> Action Plan:
Click on + Action > Fill in the action information and save. The fields with asterisk are mandatory:
2nd: Accessing the Manage Menu> Actions> Click on > Select item> Fill in the action information and save:
3rd: Via data import. See Topic “Data Import”:
There are two action plan visualization formats:
Gantt Chart:
Kanban:
In Kanban format, just drag the card to update the status of the action:
To delete the entire action plan from a given item, click the 3 dots> delete All Action Plan:
