For each document version, it is possible to define users who must be aware of the publication. These users are defined in the “Interested Audience” section, accessible directly during the version registration by clicking the “+” button.
There are no limits or restrictions on selecting users to be part of the interested audience.
Once the version becomes active, it can be made public, allowing the system to send an email notification to the interested audience, informing them that a new document is available for reading. To do this, click on the Make Public button, fill in the email title, content, and define the reading confirmation deadline.
Note: only active versions can be made public.
The term “Interested Audience” is configurable and can be customized according to the organization’s adopted language. To change it, access the side menu: Settings > General Settings, and in the “Terms” tab, search for “Interested Audience” and replace it with the desired text.
