To perform audits in the Belt module, it is necessary to enable permissions in the user profile under Administrator > Registrations > User Profiles. When editing the user profile, enable the following options:
Then, in the side menu, there will be the Audit option. Go to Audit > Checklists to create the checklists that will be used in the audits.
In the configuration of the checklist, it is possible to enable the automatic code to be used in the checklists.
To simplify the creation of checklists, it is possible to configure the Response scales in a customized way. The scales can vary between alphanumeric, stars, and spheres, offering flexibility to users.
In addition, it is possible to determine the requirement for justification for each option in closed questions, either as optional, mandatory, or without the need for justification. As well as the creation of action plans according to the answer.
After registering the scales that can be used, it is possible to apply them to the checklists. In the Checklist tab, you can manage the created checklists through the statuses.
Only checklists with the status of “Published” can be used in audits.
On the Audit screen, in settings, users have the ability to define whether they want the audit code to be generated automatically and configure its sequence.
To enable the use of the checklist in the audit, check the “Use checklist” option.
Additionally, in the settings, users can register the fields that will be used to fill in information about the audit. These fields can vary between text, multiline, integer, decimal, and list of options.
