Documentation Requirements

GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

• PD-1 Professional Development Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
• PD-2 Professional Development Benefit Documentation: Documentation of the benefits provided to employees and how they are informed of and have access to those benefits.
• PD-3 Benefit Tracking Documentation: Documentation of the means to track employee benefit use (e.g., payroll or a request system).
• PD-4 Benefit Usage Analysis: Spreadsheet of data analysis showing benefit usage across employee levels and demographic groups.
• PD-5 Mentorship Program Documentation: Documentation of the company mentorship program that meets Indicator requirements and how employees are informed of and access that program.
