The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.
- REP-1 Racial and Ethnic Pay Equity Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
- REP-2 Pay Equity Analysis: Spreadsheet of aggregated data and calculations showing salaries and the associated majority/minority data of employees, and compliance with Indicator metrics at the targeted level.
