GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

  • BE-1 Belonging Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
  • BE-2 Inclusion Documentation: Documentation of protocols to address employee inclusion needs and concerns (e.g., a brief narrative with excerpts from an employee handbook and/or screen shots from an internal online tool) as well as the actions taken to address them.
  • BE-3 Anti-Bias Protocols Documentation: Documentation of protocols to confidentially report bias and behavior and a narrative explaining the plan for learning and accountability if discriminatory behaviors arise.
  • BE-4 Belonging Survey Documentation: Documentation showing compliance with Indicator metrics at the targeted level (i.e., calculations and evidence of administration), as well as screenshots or file submissions of survey questions, corresponding results, and survey response rate.
  • BE-5 Support Group Documentation: Documentation of the current employee resource/affinity groups, how workforce members are alerted to their existence, and the means for assessing effectiveness.
