GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

  • GP-1 Gender Equity Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
  • GP-2 Pay Equity Analysis: Spreadsheet of aggregated data and calculations showing salaries and associated gender identity of employees, and compliance with Indicator metrics at the targeted level.
