GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

  • REC-1 Recruitment Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
  • REC-2 Recruitment Narrative: Brief (one- to two-page) narrative describing the implementation of policy elements within the organization, recruitment approaches, and any advocacy efforts or actions, including answers to the questions outlined in the Clarifications (if applicable).
  • REC-3 Recruitment Practices Documentation: Documentation of compliance with Indicator metrics at the targeted level, including recruitment practices and how these practices have been implemented.
  • REC-4 Advocacy and Action Documentation: Documentation of advocacy efforts and actions taken to increase the diversity of the organization’s industry (e.g., meeting attendance, letters sent, or initiatives implemented).
  • REC-5 Recruitment Process Documentation: Documentation showing that the recruitment process is publicly posted (e.g., screenshot from the recruitment website or a job posting that includes details about the recruitment process).
