GENERAL DOCUMENTATION
The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.
- EN-1 Engagement Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
- EN-2 Manager Engagement Narrative: A brief (one- to two- page) narrative describing manager engagement approaches that meet the Indicator metrics.
- EN-3 Retention Data: The percentage of employees that have left the company during the reporting period.
- EN-4 Retention Narrative: A brief (one- to two- page) narrative describing implemented methods (e.g., exit interviews) to better understand the drivers of turnover.
- EN-5 Engagement Survey Documentation: Documentation showing compliance with Indicator metrics at the targeted level (i.e., calculations), as well as screenshots or file submissions of survey questions, corresponding results, and overall survey response rate.
- EN-6 Career Pathway Documentation: Documentation of the career pathways within the organization and how that information is communicated to employees (e.g., excerpt from an employee handbook and presentation materials).
- EN-7 Promotion Policy Documentation: Documentation of the promotion policies within the organization, including clear key performance indicators and how that information is communicated to employees and implemented across the organization (e.g., excerpt from an employee handbook or presentation materials, and promotion statistics).
