Documentation Requirements

GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

• PSE-1 Pay Scale Equity Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
• PSE-2 Pay Class Documentation: Documentation of the information available to employees regarding pay classes and the associated job-level descriptions.
• PSE-3 Pay Ratio Analysis: Spreadsheet of compensation data and pay ratio calculations showing compliance with Indicator metrics at the targeted level.
