Documentation Requirements

GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

• AC-1 Accessibility Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
• AC-2 Accessibility Practices Documentation: Documentation of the plan to and implementation of approaches to enhance accessibility at the targeted level (e.g., plan documents, accommodation request forms, initiative implemented, and photographs or drawings of changes made to the workplace).
