Documentation Requirements

GENERAL DOCUMENTATION

The following list includes all documentation requirements applicable to any performance levels and paths for this Indicator. Organizations will only submit the documentation requirements relevant to their targeted performance level.

• LW-1 Living Wage Policy: Copy of written policy that meets Indicator requirements.
• LW-2 Living Wage Documentation: Documentation of the framework (i.e., a screenshot) used to calculate the minimum living wage and the resulting output.
• LW-3 Living Wage Analysis: Spreadsheet of data and calculations documenting the Indicator requirements have been met for all employees for the organization’s specific circumstances.

EXCEPTION DOCUMENTATION

Organizations using exceptions must submit the following additional documentation.

LW-001 Living Wage Basis for Interns

• LW-3a Internship Program Details: Documentation of relevant internship program details that meet the specified minimum criteria (see General Clarifications).
  

LW-002 Third-Party Internship Programs

• LW-3b Third-Party Internship Program Details: Documentation of relevant internship program details that meet the specified minimum criteria (see General Clarifications) and that compensation or educational credit is provided by a third party.
