The Responsibility Assignment form allows users to designate responsibility for managing contact groups at both the site and departmental levels.
Managing Responsibilities:
- Defining the Assignment Scope
Before assigning responsibility, define the scope by selecting the appropriate location and departmental details:
- Site: Select the applicable site or location for the assignment (mandatory).
- This dropdown dynamically loads active sites in the system, formatted as [Region] – [Country] – [Site].
- This dropdown dynamically loads active sites in the system, formatted as [Region] – [Country] – [Site].
- Business Division: Select the major functional unit (department) relevant to the assignment.
- This dropdown dynamically loads active business divisions in the system.
- This dropdown dynamically loads active business divisions in the system.
- Business Line: Select a specialized unit within the chosen division.
- This dropdown dynamically loads active business lines for that division.
- This dropdown dynamically loads active business lines for that division.
- Active: Check this box to mark the assignment as active, or leave it unchecked to mark it as inactive.
- Assigning Responsible Actors
For each contact group, select a responsible party from the corresponding dropdown. Each dropdown dynamically loads active users and roles in the system.

- Key Supplier and Customer Contacts

- Regulatory Contacts
- Saving the Assignment
Choose one of the following options to save your changes:
- Save and Return: Click to save the assignment and return to the main form.
- Save and New: Click to save the current assignment and open a new form to create another.
