Once the BIA is completed and submitted, the requestor receives a new task in their Pending Tasks folder, prompting them to review the assessment.
Clicking either the subject in the Pending Tasks folder or the button in the email opens the Review BIA form, where users can evaluate the BIA and decide whether to approve or reject it.
Key features of the Review form include:
- Feedback & Collaboration
All comment fields in the Review BIA form are active, enabling users to provide feedback and collaborate. Users can add comments on the BIA and respond to any remarks made by the individual who completed it.
- Summary Tab
The Review BIA form includes a Summary tab, which is not present in the Complete BIA form. This tab displays an overview of the accumulated scores from previous sections of the assessment. Users can review these scores and add additional notes or feedback in the provided rich text field.
- Rejecting or Approving the BIA
At the bottom of the Review BIA form, users can choose from the following options:
- Reject: A button to reject the BIA.
- If selected, the assessment will be sent back to the assigned user for modification.
- Approve: A button to approve the BIA, concluding the BIA Management workflow.
