13.1.1.2. Add Checklist Item

The Add Checklist Item form allows users to create and organize items in the action checklist.

1. Display Order: A numeric field for setting the order in which the item appears in the checklist.
2. Subject: A rich text field for entering a description of the checklist item.
3. Status Constraint: A multi-select dropdown used to select one or more statuses, which define the conditions under which a checklist item is considered complete.

   If this field is left blank, the item will be considered complete regardless of status.

   • Checklist statuses are created and managed in the Checklist Statuses module.
4. Save and Return: A button to save the item and return to the New Action Item form.
   

   **The item will appear in the Checklist grid, where users can add more items or remove existing ones using the Delete ( ) function.

5. Save and New: A button to save the item and open a new window to add another checklist item.
