7.1.2. Criteria for Sending to BCP

This module allows administrators to set the minimum thresholds for including a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in key operational plans, such as the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), or Crisis Management Plan (CMP).

Using the Module:

1. Defining the Minimum Criteria

• Enter numeric thresholds for:
  • Total Score: A composite value representing the overall importance of a business process.
  • Financial Impact: A numerical estimate of the potential monetary loss if the process is disrupted.

    These thresholds act as filters to identify which BIAs are critical enough to include in organizational plans.

2. Applying the Filters

• After defining the criteria, submit the form to apply the filters.

!Only BIAs that meet or exceed both thresholds will be included in the BCP, DRP, or CMP.
