11.1.1.5. Communication Strategy

This section displays the communication strategy for the selected plan, including the key contacts to be reached as part of the plan’s execution.

*This section is initially empty but automatically populates with relevant information once a plan is selected.

!Execution Trigger: Click Initiate Contact to initiate communication with the necessary contact groups.

1. Responsible: A set of single-select dropdowns for assigning the user or role responsible for each contact group.
   
   *

   Users can set or modify responsibilities for the following groups:

   • Emergency Contacts
     

     *Emergency Contacts are filtered based on:

     • Site: As selected in the Site dropdown.
       
       
     • Disaster Type: As selected in the Disaster dropdown.
   • Key Supplier and Customer Contacts
     
     
   • External Emergency Contacts
     
     
   • Regulatory Contacts
2. Initiate Contact: A button to initiate communication with the specified contact groups.
   • A confirmation label will appear, indicating that the communication tasks have been assigned to the designated responsible parties.
     

!If no responsible party is assigned to a contact group, no tasks will be triggered for that group.
